The Athena Tracker Mentorship Programme is designed to allow academic tracking post holders to effectively roll out the Athena Tracker and drive engagement throughout their school.
The programme is carried out by vastly experienced teacher and educator, Des Healy, who provides personalised guidance, shares best practices, and helps you ensure a smooth and impactful implementation.
Three hands-on 1-to-1 mentorship sessions, held over Zoom, take you step-by-step through the academic year. These sessions, which are held at regular intervals throughout the year, focus on:
A personalised summary that is provided to you after your final meeting, highlighting your growth throughout the year, key milestones reached and progress made to date.
You will also have continuous access to your mentor between sessions for guidance, feedback, and answers to any questions you may have.

The Athena Tracker Mentorship Programme is facilitated by Des Healy, a seasoned educator with 30 years of experience at Christian Brothers Secondary School Tralee, Co. Kerry.
Des played a pivotal role in successfully implementing the Athena Tracker in his school and now brings his platform expertise, infectious enthusiasm and school experience to Athena Analytics as an Athena Tracker mentor. Through the Mentorship Programme Des helps post holders who are managing academic tracking in their school.
This program is best suited to post holders that are responsible for implementing the Athena Tracker in their schools.
‘Academic Tracking Post Holders’ or the ‘Academic Monitors’ are responsible for driving Athena Tracker engagement and overseeing all things related to academic tracking. A person in this role can benefit hugely from the support of an experienced mentor.
